Disconnect the three yellow wires next to the battery (single connector with three yellow wires) . The value in the box is the current value, the one below it is the default . It says on the screen in the relevant SP mode .

Did it charge properly when you installed. Don't ask how i know. And the ammeter then showed a charge, there is a way to adjust the cut-out but I am not sure I can explain can easily short something out.

Just wondering why most cars do not "charge" items pluged in to the USP port (Entertainment System Electrical) I have driven 5 different cars that have USB connections for music from usb/ipod devices -- most phones use a USB connection to charge. but this is just not available with the usb connection in the car.
