Is it an old battery, say more than a couple of years old? If so, you might want to think about replacing it with a shiny new one .
This usually happens with older batteries when they are simply unable to hold a full charge.

Current account charges are pretty much a non starter unless you are claiming under the hardship rules but I feel your charges were incurred so long ago that you would not succeed.

Got charged a total of $134.88 in unauthorized charges in two months and sprint does not credit my account back.

I got these types of charges before, and I was able to get a credit for them with the charges....
These charges are actually fairly common for cusotmers to receive because their phone number ended up of those charges refunded.
