I have windows xp and my motherboard is a biostar tp45hp. My game guild uses teamspeak 3 for voice chat. I believe I have all the settings correct. My guild has tried hard to help me. Whenever I speak in the chat software, everyone can hear the sounds...

I'd maybe start muting stuff in mixer or look for any web posts about other issues of this .
I'd think it is how the speaker and mic are feeding back either in the air or in the electronic part .
I doubt it is the sound card.

What would be the easiest way to set up a voice chat with a few friends? We play a couple online games together and would like to use mics.
Can you set up a teamspeak or vent server for free on one of our computers?

Ts3...there is no 1.5 second lag wth are you talking about...i sit right next to a guy on the same vent, hear it in RL....
Team speak is pretty good voice quality.

Open up your Games For Windows Live (GFWL) menu by pressing the HOME key ( or the 360 button on a 360 Controller ) ...
Click on ' Settings ' (on right)

I can't speak as a member speak as a member of the Deaf Community, as I'm not Deaf nor a part of the Deaf Community, having as they use ASL (voice off) and be involved....
