Hi ladies,
What are some snacks and meals you eat? I do not eat dairy or eggs. I tried to eat yogurt, but it doesnt happen..i hate the taste. I never drink milk and rarely eat cheese of any kind. I do like most veggies, carbs..and nuts. I just need some...

Soups are good lots of non-dairy....
If that's the case for you a veggie and salad then add a serving of rice, pasta, potato, or a nice whole grain bread.

Some non-dairy people can tolerate cheese, just not milk.

Any other dairy.

The poor thing is obviously in pain.
If he is rejecting all food, I'd eliminate the dairy ASAP.

As of yesterday, DD is on a gluten elimination trial diet, and our next trip to WDW is in 4 wks. She also cannot have dairy, and we are vegetarians (we eat eggs and some of us can eat dairy products, but no fish either). I have a few specific concerns...
