My fiance has been on a similar diet ask to omit dairy stick to corn tortillas and not flour (we did well at MexiQ - depending on how you based dishes, to avoid the gluten, and....

My wholistic doctor recently recommended a dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar free diet as a way of improving my overall health and reducing GI issues. Has anybody tried it? If so, what are your thoughts about it? It sounds good on paper, but looks like it...

95% dairy free (can't give up the occasional ice cream or cheese!) and gluten brand brown rice pasta btw.

And my favorite dairy free "cheese" is made by Daiya! Mixed with rice or corn pasta and a little soy or rice milk, (and olive oil or dairy free margarine.
Eat - Rudi's - that isn't like eating sand.
