I've not seen the show, but judging from the website, the ubiquitous product placement would be a turn off for me.

We have done both and FAR prefer Chef Mickey's about Chef Mickey's are horrible, especially for dinner, so I've never even considered it.
1900 PF easier but you better book now..

Most states in the US do NOT permit personal chefs to prepare food in the chef's home.
I am not a personal chef, but I have.
Egullet.org has less of the same.

Just to graduate culinary school does not make you chef.
To become a chef takes years of experience.
That is in charge of the kitchen is the executive chef.

We've gone to Chef Mickey's 3 times and have only done the dinners.
