If it's unsafe to leave cooked food out of the fridge while it cools down, why is it ok to take your time eating a hot plate of food, such that you finish it when it's practically cold?

I like Cliff too when the sun is glaring and it ... .
His ideas are creative and the judges seem to like the flavor .

That arose on Top Chef this week? I'm conflicted, quite frankly, and can't make up my mind.

To chefs out there, I want to be a cook/kitchenhand or other minor roles in the kitchen BUT? I'm not necessarily passionate about cooking? I want to do something in the hospitality industry and I enjoy being in the kitchen more because I don't like directly...

You want a job in the hospitality business.
You don't like dealing with customers.
