We have done both and FAR prefer Chef Mickey's of Cinderella, Prince Charming and the....
1900 PF easier but you better book now..
1900 PF we had breakfast and bothe charecters and food were good here as well into .

You either chef's professional organizations....
Most states in the US do NOT permit personal chefs to prepare food in the chef's home.
I am not a personal chef, but I have.
Egullet.org has less of the same.

And their are certified chefs but not official chefs.
Just to graduate culinary school does not make you chef.
To become a chef takes years of experience.
That is in charge of the kitchen is the executive chef.

A great selection of good food and dessert.

Anytime I see a car gutted from the inside I think of Chef. Do work and by all means get r done.

Tusker fans trying Chef Mickeys?
We (me, dh & 5 yr old DD) LOVE Tusker House character breakfast. We love the character interaction, the atmosphere & the food. This year, we're thinking of trying Chef Mickeys instead. Will we like it or will we be disappointed...

The food is standard - ie similar time!!
Chef Mickey's is a classic and you need to do it once.
We have done chef mickey's twice for breakfast.
We love tuskers.
