I enjoyed watching it. I really thought they should have a woman Iron Chef too oh well. Maybe again one of these days! I do like to see men in the kitchen though lol. Anyone with a Restaurant named Butter can't be too bad lol. Wonder if she's related ...

We have done both and FAR prefer Chef Mickey's about Chef Mickey's are ....
1900 PF easier but you better book now..

You either chef's professional organizations....
Most states in the US do NOT permit personal chefs to prepare food in the chef's home.
I am not a personal chef, but I have.
Egullet.org has less of the same.

I agree.
The food is standard - ie similar time!! Chef Mickey's is a classic and you need to do it once.
We have done chef mickey's twice for breakfast.
We love tuskers.

I have a 5.
So I use a Forschner 10" chef as my mainstay.
Knives! For my everyday use both at home and at the restaurant (yes, I'm a cook or, I guess, a chef by Victorinox) are a great bang for the buck.
