Trying to quit chewing im 30 and ive chewed copenhagen fine cut for 15 years. its not easy giving it up. anybody have any good advice or any tricks that helped them quit? or should i just keep chewing?

As a plus side, chewing peppermint gum keeps me from wanting to eat because food just taste funny when your mouth is coated in peppermint.
