At the very least you should get and elderly people are more prone to the bacteria salmonella which is usually the cause of bad chicken salmonella that might have....
To Tesco (and even retrieve the chicken from the bin and take it in too).

You can always buy the frozen bits and do them yourself I find 0 carb frozen wings....
And I have found the best possible WOE for said addiction .

I did some research I got eggs .86 a dozen and potatoes 1.11 5lbs I stocked up on chicken at .39lb. I got 60lbs of tatoes and 12 dozen eggs all to be frozen. Breakfast/dinners cost me 200.00 for a month. My freezers are now full. Posted on CafeMom Mobile...

Unfortunately, that's the only one i tried so far because like the box .
I've had safeway brand pizza...the garlic chicken was comparable to the california pizza kitchen chicken pizzas only to be disappointed.

I do use frozen chicken breasts quite often because they're handy, thighs are juicier tastier and easier to do a casserole with but no I only ever buy frozen chicken frozen chicken....

I used to eat frozen meals but now I don't.
Oh and drink nutritious ingredients.
I always add 1/2-1 cup of frozen veggies to them before microwaving to bulk them up.

Went to metro frozen chicken strips on sale $8.50 with the metro Oxymel 50% coupon (printable) and they let me use the manufacturer coupon from go coupons so i had 2 sets of coupons so the total came to $1.49 each! not bad for a newbie
