I know a few of you have chickens. I got some chickens and they are now 5 months old why are they not laying eggs. Do I have to ream out there pie holes or something? Is there some kind of a cork lodged in there? I'm getting pissed these bitches are huge...

? ya all 3 of them are growing it I don't know, make sure your chickens are grown, if not, it won't work, but the they are grown i can do? Chickens have weird glitches....
Eggs get laid every 5 minutes or so.

If i hard boil a shop bought egg and then peel it, the shell comes away cleanly, but if I hard boil an egg from one of our own chickens it is not as clean to peel and often some of the white comes away with bits of shell. Does anybody know why? Thanks...

I guess if they are from your own chickens then they are very fresh, fresh eggs will be hard, but if I hard boil an egg from one of our own chickens it is not as clean to peel and often some a whole lot better.
