I was wondering what situations are mainly granted 50/50 custody. I'm not married to the BD but we currently live very close to each other. Both he and I are fit to be parents (he was a complete jerk to me but I know this has nothing to do with his potential...

We got our paternity, he'll drop his pursuit of joint custody (which was just his way to pay less child support) & agree were never married.
Technically you do have sole custody because you're the only parent of record.

Some of these people have to go if the family go on vacation and all because that is who the child responds....
Wow...let's hope for the child sake her father is the saint allyuh painting him home nanny is more parent than anybody else.
