I am a hot sauce addict. I also have high blood pressure so am trying to cut back on sodium intake.
To get the desired spice I have been adding Anaheim Chili peppers to me prepared meals instead of Hot sauce.
Yesterday, after dicing some up, then washing...

So anything fatty or greasy hosed down with pepper....
Same stuff in pepper spray, just in organic form.
Not fun!
