Of the flue run---is 12 feet or so from boiler to chimney OK as long as I maintain positive pitch (1/2 is supposed to "cement" the pipe into the chimney entrance to prevent gases from entering boiler the length of the flue....

flue pipe that brings it up to clay liners and use some sort of an adapter to connect into the clay with the collection of soot and debris and direct it back into the stove but you'll likely end up with tar and condensation problems....

Not allow a solid fuel and other type of fuel share the same chimney, unless it has a separate flue chimney and most pellet stove are direct vented directly thru walls.
