Your 95 has a fixed chip - has to be flash programmed.

One is a "Pro Formance" chip, the other is an "Ultimate Performance" chip. Both for the ETA with the "027" ecu.

Are performance chips (programmers) bad for your car? I have a 98' Camaro Z28 Ls1 V8 engine and I've been slowly adding power to my car and I've heard a lot about these chips, but they seem too good to be true!

The "chips" you see on the internet the most reliable.Usually any time you modify away from stock what you gain in performance you sacrifice idle.
There is no "chip", it's a flash ROM in the PCM.

I have seen auto computer chips for sale that claim a %15 increase in gas mileage. Supposedly the factory chips run the fuel injection rich and the chip upgrade will run it between rich and lean. Anybody have experience with these? Any links to reputable...
