I can't remove the possibilty of cheating because that is how one aquires a STD in a relationship if neither partner has one.
If she had the STD and did STD tests and get a false negative is rare...very rare. Your leison has nothing to do with chlamydia...

No you would not get chlamydia....
She is going to get tested again soon.
Newer paps can test for chlamydia and have a higher false positive then a seperate chlamydia test for chlamydia back in her pap test, which was negative.

It turns out that her new a course of antibiotics .
Antibiotics (on prescription) incase we were indeed positive for chlamydia.

All symptoms can take 2 weeks to stop, so testing this early after medication will not really tell you anything. You need to wait at least 3 weeks (4 is better) to retest.

Chlamydia doesn't "lie dormant" per se, but it is possible for both men and women to be asymptomatic -- IOW, not know that they have the infection.

No blood tests are not valid, they only look for antibodies which could be an indication of an older infection.
If you have not medicated I would actually go for another test as oral sex and chlamydia don't really mix that well.
