Can you make a chocolate rose with cooking chocolate? I don't have any moulding chocolate, only cooking chocolate. I want to make a rose. Could I shape the melted chocolate? and how? Thanks.

You could skip the gluten-free aspect and have-free.
You could make a gluten-free pie crust and make a banana cream pie with a chocolate layer at the bottom, which fits in both fruit and chocolate .

It's not that expensive and is the right consistency for cooking.
