Good morning freaks. When running distance, what has rubbed you raw... especially things you did not expect. I periodically get rubbed raw on my back near where the water belt is strapped. Maybe it's been too loose at times.

I am currently desperate to gain weight, at least 2-3 stone is the target. I know that i am underweight due to bad sugar level control and generally not eating enough. So I have now set out a diet plan and am constantly blood testing to keep them stable...
