She said I would be better advised to have 'normal' chocolate ) have found that by switching to high cocoa content chocolate (70% or higher) they can tolerate a few squares.

I have tried to make white modelling chocolate for decorations but had no success with plain white chocolate, would white candy melts suffice instead of the chocolate??? I made it fine with dark chocolate, so tasty and easy to use!

By the way, Wilton white candy melts will give you "off-white" modeling chocolate.
