Hi Guys, do any of you know if boiled eggs are bad for your cholesterol. I've read mixed reviews about this. I've read that the yoke does contain bad cholesterol? What your views?

I am far from being an expert, but have read on here before that just because there is cholesterol in the egg, doesn't mean that you will get bad cholesterol youself from eating it.

Just received my cholesterol exams and they turned out to be terrible news!! 270 total cholesterol... OMG!!! Ups.. Then I figured out that I needed a diet and exercise program and began this one.. Hope to have a lot of support from you all..

mega omega oil which is i think there version of udos oil omega 3,6,9 .
Better diet plan, plenty good fats, if your not intaking bad fats then the amount of ldl is reduced if your not eating it your body cant make it .

My bloodwork just came back and I have high cholesterol apparently.
I had a routine blood panel done in Jan I'm pretty sure and it wasn't high then?
Can my good, bad and triglycerides all shoot up in 4 months?
I also have low progesteron, which us weird...

I ate well before joining WW except that I did over indulge in simple carbs. I blame my hubby a huge junk food addict. Since joining WW, I haven't had to change my diet all that much except cut out lots of the carbs and down-size some things. Last year...

My dh has always had cholesterol on the high side - they put him on meds when he turned Army and still had high cholesterol....
Unfortunately, for some people, cholesterol meds & exercise wise.

I know we've had this thread not too long ago but I can't find it. Doctor wanted to speak to me about my blood work so I saw him yesterday. He said according to government guidelines he should be prescribing me meds because to them it's too high to him...

It's hard, but I'm trying.
Cholesterol was high two years ago and is still somewhat high.
I'm not sure how old you are, Christina, but even as a quite chubby woman, my BP, cholesterol, my doc kept me on my meds.
