So yeah my dad was warning me about eating eggs yesterday, when i said something bout how the cholesterol in foods don't really hurt your body cholesterol wise, and now he thinks i'm some expert and is asking me.
but i don't really know what i'm doing...

I was told to start taking cholesterol meds and refused until trying to lower LDL with diet.

In short.... my cholesterol is still up and I have been given 6 months to get it down - through diet....
I have already lost 12 kgs in the last two years....
BUT my cholesterol is still not budging in fact...
