I don't know about all the cholesterol but I've read many places that if you like eggs only have don't you get your cholesterol checked? It's a very easy test and it will let you know if you have anything to worry about.

The other side is to eat high quantities of food that 'kill' bad cholesterol throug absorbtion, like cholesterol =....
It is really important to be aware of food.
Managing the 'bad' cholesterol intake is the first step.
