So I'm wondering If any of you have tips on cheaper alternatives to Medi products you would suggest? Such as an alternative to the shakes for example? I love the vanilla protein shakes but 25$ for that little canister is expensive.... Especially...

I did get the bar uBars -- I've never bought the ....
I'm pretty happy about that.
I don't even know how much the Medi bars, lower calories and less cholesterol then Medi shake.
The prices can vary depending on the store.
