A special pair of folding wedges are normally needed to release the chuck (and no brute force or heat!)
I have also seen them with a threaded stub but not usually....
Possibly JT6) on the end of the spindle which fits into the back of the chuck.

Omg the best part of that episode was when they played "young folks". That was actually a good throw back to the pilot (and one of my favorite songs of all time).
The dialogue was laughable, the character's motivations wacked, and the styling horrendous...

It had some downs during the series, but overall, I'll miss it a bit. Seasons 1 and 2 were the peak for me (and I assume most), but it was still always pretty fun to watch.
I shall miss Sarah Walker.

The International Burnerd chuck needed more force (it was dirty) so I used me replace the jaw may well suggest ....
So I used a tight rubber band on the jaws the jaws in one by one .
For the six jaw chuck it was like I needed more hands.
