I thought supermarkets had to keep their counter shutters down so that cigarettes were not in public view. My local Tesco express have shutters but never use them, cigarettes are always in view - could it be because the Tesco express stores are smaller...

Why can't cigarettes be made healthier? From what I understand the damaging element of a cigarette isn't primarily the nicotine, it's all the other crap such as tar and rocket fuel and poison. So as nicotine is the addictive element a s the reason people...
