Utilities, neither gas nor electric.
Periodically I've wondered about what's going on inside my hot water
heater now that there's never hot water in it.
Recently it seems as if the water from my cold water...
and from there to either the hot water heater or the rest of the house.
It's amazing to me that I couldn't...

Hi..
looking for opinions on wether a circulating system is necessary with tankless water system
The location of the heater, not its type, determines whether you could need a circulation system
warranty.
is that "warm up" time it takes to get hot water from a tankless that much more than tank

It's time to swap out the MIL's Electric water heater.
LOL!! She has been complaining about
water heater.
Disconnect it and the little wheel in the meter goes from 5,000RPM to about 600 RPM
local electric cooperative and plumbed it to my OWB. I have thought about a circulation pump

Etc.
The one area I'm unsure of is what to recommend for a central heating and domestic hot water
with a clean slate really, when it comes to heating the house and providing hot water.
I'm not particularly...
of stuff such as circulation pump, expansion vessel, return riser and split heating/hot water

And warm/hot and spooosh! The hose that normally goes to the inlet of the heater-core (I'm by-passing
it as I don't have a heater) pops loose off the back of the water pump housing.
No biggie right? Well
from the water pump outlet back to the radiator, plumbing from the back of the water pump to the rad...

I have a 40 gallon electric water heater in my shop. It spends most of it's time just sitting, so
I get there.
Problem is the water heater heats up really slow. It's a standard 240v model, rated
, I want to design it so it can burn with no water in it or no circulation and not blow up.It

You had gravity circulation to the hot water
primary. Fully pumped it's more usual to have just
into the same chamber. Might make some difference with gravity
circulation but probably not when pumped

Checked in the loft where the hot water tank is and its luke warm,
looked at the pressure and its 10 bar
which is normal, green light on
saying that pump is on to cycle the water around.
No leaks that I can
