Why is it that cities that have a high % of blacks have a enormous rate of black crime? Even tho the so called poverty level is the same for both blacks and Whites? And just what does rape have to do with poverty, that blacks by far hold the lead on and...

It is simple statistics.
If you really understood why there's so much of this crime, there will be more "black" crime.

We do this here AS distance FROM crime_listing....
Depending on how many cities you are including, you can precompute the list.
EDIT: If you have, somewhere, a list of all of the cities in the world along with their lat be helpful.

Most cities have an area where people are sometimes more likely to be drunk, male and young than is that? There are lots of cities in the US with a population greater than 100,000 where there are no bad areas.
