The idea is of course that cops need to be able to lie to do their job of catching crooks, but if a citizen lies to cops it COULD hinder them and prevent them from doing their job, etc.
OK, but what about if a cop's lies cause some citizen to do the wrong...

Numbers and tax fraud is rampant and runs on so many different levels... .
I don't know if there is a tried and true way to prevent it, even with "Voter I.D." We all have tax I.D .
I think that there is always going to be some level of voter fraud .

It's usual meaning is something forgotten, overlooked or accidentally omitted .
Itaru, I would avoid using the word 'oversight' in that context .
