It will be really hard standards If you do a double Major in four years in Engineering, chances are you'll botch both.

These could be better....
If you hate programming then you could switch to mechanical engineering or even chemical.
Civil engineering could be a rough feild until the economy turns around.
Be tolerable but everything else gets boring.
Is there a difference between civil and structural engineering? Are they the same thing? Is there a college major for just structural engineering?

So, all structural, there are many engineering fields (Aerospace, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, etc) ....
Structural Engineering is a sub-discipline of Civil Engineering.
