Just wondering what the rationale is. It only seems logical to allow PTAs, people who have experience in the field, advance over others that have only superficial volunteer experience. So what's the rationale? It seems to defy logic.

Most only observe/volunteer in which they are very limited with what they can actually do because don't want to face the facts.....
But it just doesn't exist.
If it was easier to transition to a DPT, maybe many would take that opportunity.
