One recommendation however....
The code that uses the DatabaseRecord class can do so inside a using statement to have it automatically cleaned up there when it leaves the loop.
This will work and it will be more efficient that multiple using statements .

There is nothing to say you can't do it but it wont sound the same, it would have a similar effect to using different pickups or body wood, the amplifier will react different to a pre EQ'd signal (main reason of using a TS on this board)

After maybe a thousand or more I clean as above....
While the extractor is out, I clean clean the barrel, ramp, breech, and rails, and then re-lubricate.
Not so much to clean the tunnel itself but to clean the extractor.
