If you're talking about mentally adjusting to eating (drinking) less food, then I get it. I just don't see a juice fast as being better than having smaller, healthier meals.

100 pills/day would get you to a very good fiber intake.
Need to be eating 1000 pills a day (yes, one thousand) to get what you're actually tracking in g.
