Is it me, or are most jubilee clips these days bad quality ?
Ive bought a few from various different places -
* Halfords
* ASH Motorsport
* Ebay
Ect...
And most of them have been very bad quality, even the stainless steel ones.

You can clip other layers to these in exactly, and the upper layer can inherit this mask through the clip.

The function gluPerspective() can be used to set near Z and far Z clipping planes.

This is generally referred to as multi....
Simply setup the first perspective, draw the first scene and then setup the second perspective and draw the seconds scene, all within the drawing of the same frame .
There's no reason you shouldn't be able to do this .

Those values represent their particular value as well as all values beyond, and so they are best used as outside bounds detectors .
If you ever receive values at the maximum or minimum, then you are, by definition, clipping.

I need to draw a line using java.awt.Graphis, but only the portion of the line that lies outside a rectangle should be rendered.
Is it possible to use the Graphics clipping support?
Or do I need to calculate the intersection and clip the line myself?

The panel's paint method sets up an example clip which looks like a rectangle the area we want to exclude.
You'll need to know the bounds of the rectangle you want a single panel in it .
You can do this with an AWT clip.

I actually pulled my Petzold (2nd Edition) from the shelf and found that, not surprisingly, clipping was an important feature in the early versions of the Windows SDK.
