Why is it recommended to have a 1:1 ratio of Front-side Bus and DRAM? Does it really affect the performance of the CPU?

This is my problem, each time I try to get 1600mhz on my FSB and RAM sync I can hear my PC boot but the display turn black like no connection to the screen. Need to reset CMOS to get it back.

I also ran 3dMark Vantage and CPU scores went from 2543 to 11041.
cpu combo, and a common solution is to flash back to one of the older bios versions I mentioned Experience Index and scores went from 3.7 on CPU to 7.3.

they tend from the input clock....
It comes from the clock generator.
That is the (200MHz) input clock signal to the CPU.

If it still hangs after setting ram as close as you .
Also under clock you ram for now, maybe loosen
It is calculated as folows: Multiplier x FSB = Ghz.
You might need 1.36v(cpu-z) for it to work.
Then it truly is.
