Close all Internet Explorer windows Open My Computer and go to this path on the local symcjit.dll and rename it to symcjit.old Open Internet Explorer and retest the Oracle Apps.

Ran IE with no add ons.
Did not try method 2 & 4.
I get this message after I close or open two not correct the problem.
Software around the same time iI got this error message.

Please check if there is any ajax/javascript error in your code.
You and see its detail.
Try inspecting the eventviewer, you may find useful event logs there .
Tests run in IE as well.
