We are able to identify the particles that make up atoms- so what makes up those particles? I believe that when we look at the world on this level, we are getting closer and closer to finding out about how the Universe has been put together by God. Are...

I have an Itemscontrol, witch contains two items after the Binding. My problem is that the second item is getting out from the window's area.
My question is - how can I bring closer the Items's texts without reducing the font size or increasing the window...

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at stackoverflow):
So your XAML would look more like this:
<Grid> <ItemsControl Name="announcmentsListBox" ItemsSource="{Binding}"&... .
If you remove that attribute altogether, you'll see the items spaced more naturally .
Your TextBlock has a height set of 40 units.

When I first started using unit tests I encountered two problems. First was being able to test private methods and fields and second falling behind on keeping unit tests up to date when rapid development was taking place. Consequently I adopted the approach...

If you don't like this....
If you have developed code quickly and your unit tests are behind, then they will fail of course, but this shouldn't lead you to use black magic, but to write the unit tests .
I think that's not what unit tests were designed for .

If I want to learn Clojure, should I start by learning Scheme or Common Lisp?
Or is Clojure different enough from both of these, that I should just start learning Clojure by itself?

It would be to your benefit to learn....
The differences between Lisp and Scheme (and Clojure itself for that matter) shouldn't be a concern especially if you are just starting to learn .
For your purposes I think you are safe to just start learning Clojure .

Who are UK people closer to culturally: Continental Europe or the USA?

Answer Snippets (Read the full thread at thisisbigbrother):
The answer is the US is closer.
It's like asking if the USA is closer to Canada or Mexico, when the answer is probably neither is closer to Canada or Mexico, when the answer is probably neither .
Different.
