Ok so I have started working out on a regular basis with a personal trainer. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and so far I have lost 6 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. I know it is not much, but I am pleased with my progress thus far.

They keep raising the price of everything, from shoes to tees, but the quality isn't getting better(looking at you Jordan Brand and Nike)...why don't they just make quality goods anymore like in the 80's and 90's?

Some people can have a naturally small frame and only fit into smaller sizes in clothes.
