I'm sure everyone is different, but at what point in your pregnancy did you (or when do you plan to) start buying maternity clothes?
Any favorite stores/brands?
Thanks!

DS was born in March, this one is due in October, and I live in Iowa most of my stuff won't... .
With target, my friends maternity clothes in storage, and TJMaxx Last pregnancy I started buying all new maternity clothes.

Okay, so with this being my first ever pregnancy, I don't own a single piece of maternity clothes. And all my clothes are tighter fitting and I don't have any "fat jeans" really. So I'm scared I'm going to NEED maternity clothes some day and be screwed...

I personally didn't like ....
As for a place with lower priced maternity clothes, you can try Old Navy.
With this pregnancy, I put on a pair of regular jeans yesterday, but had some cramping so I changed into maternity jeans.

I just went and spend way too much money on maternity clothes last night. The pants are amazeballs.
We went to Motherhood, Old Navy and Target. I'm on the cusp of plus size, a size 16/18 and LG/XL on top. Motherhood was expensive, even their "sale" items...

Just curious when you started wearing maternity clothes. I think with DS I had done so by now, but I can't really remember.

Just recently I switch from my pre-baby clothes to yoga pants....
The yoga pants are the best weeks and pants this week.
I am trying to spend as little as possible on maternity clothes.
From Target.

The things I learned:
1. The elastic panel pants are scary
2. Target charges 2x the price for a maternity t-shirt than a normal t-shirt
3. Sizing is whacked. Since when is a size 8 considered a small?
4. My beloved JCrew does not like the pregnant ladies...

Check out Forever 21, they sometimes have really pregnancy friendly clothing!
As others....
My MIL bought me a pair of yoga maternity pants there in a size of regular clothes.
A size 4 or 6 depending on the brand.

I'm pregnant!
(If you know me IRL please don't say anything on FB)
I'm about 7 weeks, due around mid-September.
With my daughter I had to wear maternity jeans starting around 8/9 weeks, so I'd like to get a few pairs of pants to get me started.
I do have...

I have no idea about maternity clothes, but I hope I will someday soon.
I've been getting away and healthy pregnancy to you.
Same with my yoga pants.
For me still in pregnancy, and sit below my bump.

Seriously, since having dd that's all I wear. Unless I am going out somewhere like for dinner, or classes, or somewhere that I don't want to look like I was just at the gym, I am in yoga pants. I'm considering going out and buying a few more pairs so ...

I'm 6' and have always had trouble finding clothes that fit proportionately...I'm afraid adding 'maternity' into that mix is going to make it even harder! I tried on maternity shorts and summer dresses yesterday and they were all wrong.
Any other tall...

They aren't labeled tall but the lengths were great! JCP has these yoga type pants on the back of their tall....
Also and Avenue.
I LOVE my maternity pants from Gap! I got my pants last time at Motherhood in the store.

Is it wrong for me to be slightly upset with my body? I'm 18 weeks, had my first "Holy cow, when did that happen?" (meaning I noticed a bump) moment last Wednesday, but I am still in my normal jeans. I know, I should be counting my blessings, and even...

I never wore maternity clothes with my first - I lost a lot of weight and the weight I carried her regular clothes, including my jeans as well.

I work in a professional environment ( at a bank) and I am used to dressing in structured clothes, espcially high waist pants with shirts tucked in. So at 14 weeks I am not exactly showing but I feel like I have a gut right now. I feel huge in the flowy...
