How do you know it's time to go down another size in pants? I don't want to go shopping for smaller pants/shorts because if I do, and they don't fit, I will get discouraged... I started in a 24 at 305 pounds... I m 245 now and can wear a 20 loosely. Scared...

Guys who do you go out clothes shopping with? I would find it awkward if I asked a group of friends if they wanted to go out clothes shopping tbh so I just go alone now but I used to go with my mum/dad :cool:
