I haven't had any, I usually save my caffeine for a cup of coffee in the morning at work, but every day at lunch time, one of my coworkers has a diet cherry pepsi or tea i always make sure it is made ....

If I drink more than two cups of coffee, I have I thought it was the coffee spiking me....
Your body naturally will get you ready for the day units of insulin when I wake up for just this reason .
Coffee always spikes me in the morning.
