I'll drink 1-2 whole pots of coffee a day depending on when I got up and what cups of coffee a day, but I only typically drink water otherwise so it works.

Some Dr's will tell you not to drink any caffeine but most of them say in small but not a lot of caffeine.
You can drink coffee, but only one cup a day really, and it's better to make as a regular coffee.

I think it depends on what plan you are on. .
The only approved sweeteners are saccharin.
Than water and the only one flavor of herb tea I like (I don't drink coffee), I stickTea and coffee are ok, with or without caffeine.

I love coffee, only with cream and sweetened. I usually use honey to sweeten it.
The problem is, the only black coffee I can tolerate (and even enjoy) is the good stuff brewed by coffee houses, not the sludge brewed at work. I can't afford to get coffeehouse...
