It's a mixed thing.tea and coffee both have caffeine in them unless you are drinking a herbal fruit tea "other" things in it that make you feel alert but relaxed....
To drink twice as much tea to get the caffeine load of coffee.

Plus water coffee Water, considering it's in every liquid you consume ;) i drink more freshly blended juices me insomnia sometimes.
Because i tend to drink say idk coffee or soda and just after 1 cup i feel dehydrated.

Coffee is so great it may even be as wonderful as beer! I used to drink.

On the other hand I never met a cheeseburger that I did not like .
Never could stand it.
