I ordered the "30 Minutes To Fitness: Weights Workout with Kelly Coffey-Meyer" and will get it Sat. I'm excited to see the dvd. I read all the reviews on Amazon and it seems perfect for me as although it can be intense, I'll try it with lighter weights...
