To it, while normal soda has a proper sweet sugary taste, so definitely normal coke.

Coke Zero, same thing in opinion....
I say this is healthiest for you because even though diet coke has no sugar, the replacement substance comes packed with a lot more bad stuff than just sugar.
I've always drank regular Coke.

I'm on week 2 of my couch to 5K workouts and staying within my calorie intake. I LOVE diet coke but I have heard that it isn't good to drink carbonated drinks while trying to lose weight. I drink water as well but do have at least 1 maybe 2 diet cokes...

I just read No Liquids on planes? I know of that damn plot, but thats hard.
Me and a relative are obsessed with diet coke, so much we each drink a 2L of our own daily.
So if we went away for lets say 10 days we'd need to take 20 coke bottles with this...

Diet Coke is readily available all over the world, including on planes so you've no worries because I go through phases of drinking 4-5 cans a day, but excessive diet coke drinking can cause ingredients in diet coke....
