Is Diet Coke/Pepsi okay to drink on a diet? On a low carb and low fat diet, I heard you gain weight from Diet Sodas but I don't see how they can work.
Is it okay to still drink diet coke or pepsi if you're drinking lots of water during the day too?

I can weight the same and if i don't drink diet sodas for....
If i drink a lot of diet soda i notice that the carbonation causes bloating for me.
I was on a diet for 5 months and drank diet soda and lots of water.

It's just the caffeine in the diet coke which, I'....
But I'd often drink diet coke as well because the fizziness made me feel full so I didn't eat as much if you drink lots of it but it has never happened to me.

I am two weeks into WW. I used to drink two diet cokes per day. I realized yesterday that I don't drink diet coke much anymore. It wasn't intentional just didn't crave it or want it.

I am confused about diet coke is it as bad as drinking regular soda? People tell me mixed things I have 1 can for dinner and 1 can for lunch ..but I also drink plenty of water..should I eliminate it out of my diet?

Ok so i used to make this recipie called the above, i used diet coke 1 can, passata 7 tbl spoons, onions, peppers and chicken, the diet coke was reduced right down, ne way i know we not allowed fizzy drinks but do u think this would b ok???
