Do u pefer diet coke or just normal coke? i hate diet coke -.- i need the sugar ^-^ so i would prefer normal coke u?

To it, while normal soda has a proper sweet sugary taste, so definitely normal coke.

I'm on week 2 of my couch to 5K workouts and staying within my calorie intake. I LOVE diet coke but I have heard that it isn't good to drink carbonated drinks while trying to lose weight. I drink water as well but do have at least 1 maybe 2 diet cokes...

Susan Hmmm been able to tell a difference on the weeks I don't drink diet coke, or at least, when I don't drink that, but....
Is that if I drink a diet coke in the evenings after 4 pm, I don't sleep as well.

I just read No Liquids on planes? I know of that damn plot, but thats hard.
Me and a relative are obsessed with diet coke, so much we each drink a 2L of our own daily.
So if we went away for lets say 10 days we'd need to take 20 coke bottles with this...

So I have found that diet coke is filling and it has helped me stick to the amount of calories Im allowed to have. However I have read that its not so good for dieting. Thoughts?
