So I'm 36 weeks and have slowly been increasing my intake of caffiene- unintentionally but I can't get through the day without a few cans of diet coke. Does anyone know if this is an issue at this stage?

Of coke every day and my MW said that was fine I drink probably more than you should.

I am two weeks into WW. I used to drink two diet cokes per day. I realized yesterday that I don't drink diet coke much anymore. It wasn't intentional just didn't crave it or want it.
I picked one up today because it sounds good but man does it taste salty...

Ok so i used to make this recipie called the above, i used diet coke 1 can, passata 7 tbl spoons, onions, peppers and chicken, the diet coke was reduced right down, ne way i know we not allowed fizzy drinks but do u think this would b ok???

Well, I just noticed on the Coke Rewards website that they have discontinued ALL of the free drinks from their rewards catalog. For those of us who are used to getting a free drink for 30 points, we'll have to look for other rewards.

I was using them to stockpile soda since Dh drinks diet coke like water.
Maybe they took them off while running the mcd's promo it ends 10/24 maybe? as much as I drink decided to save points.

Had a question that was bugging me, so decided to ask it here. When people say 'are fizzy drinks bad' do they mean ALL fizzy drinks - or just the full fat version?
As in, they say fizzy drinks will give you diabetes - but surely diet fizzy drinks wouldn...

Apparently though, too much diet drinks can cause drink for a hypo or for an exercise fuel - in those situations, you've likely got too much insulin.
So it really depends what context you use.
