So how many of you just Love Diet Coke as much as me?? I am now down 75.4lbs and I feel great...the question I have ...has anyone ever stopped drinking diet soda and noticed a difference in weight loss...because you know how people can be with the comments...

I drink so much water I feel like 1 Caffeine Free Diet Coke is not going is that if I drink a diet coke in the evenings after 4 pm, I don't sleep as well.
That, but I have 1 a day.

So I have found that diet coke is filling and it has helped me stick to the amount of calories Im allowed to have. However I have read that its not so good for dieting. Thoughts?

I told on myself at my check-up today and she did advise I back off. I am just SO tired. I drink 2 cups of coffee in the am and at least one iced tea (unsweet) in the afternoon...sometimes also a soda- EEK! I don't know what is wrong with me this time...
