Can we keep a soaked cloth of cold water to reduce the fever temperature? My brother got fever I don't know which fever it is, it may be malaria because he was shivering, and his temp was 104 F, and fever occured after every 6 hrs. should I keep a soaked...

Yes that will help.
You can use Salted water for treatment.
Up to 103 fevers actually help the body fight diseases but beyond that they start to become dangerous.
Evaporative cooling is a good idea, just keep changing the damp cloth .

I've been away for a few days, trying to shake a bad fever/chills/sweats. Best part was having to sit through a 4 hour advanced Accounting class for my MBA program with the fever last night. Hopefully will be back soon in full force. How's everyone else...

Pops up when there's physical stress, such as cold, wind and sun time, be careful who (and when) you kiss someone! By the way, you don't have to have a cold the blister(s).
And people don't even know it.

Somebody sent a sick kid to school the other day and now we've got a high fever. We're on day 2. DS fell asleep at 5:30 with a temp of 100.5, so I thought it had broken. Nope-- back up to 103.7 when he woke up at 9:30.
So here we sit watching cartoons...

If you don't get answers, don't stop. Go to see another doc or pediatrician until you get answers. That doesn't sound like anything to mess with. It sounds like some kind of infection or something with the fevers all the time, leg cramps could be a sign...
