Some people think quitting cold turkey isnt a good idea but I happen to strongly thnk its the ONLY WAY to truelly quit anything.
If you cant quit cold turkey you most likely cant quit

I had said I was going to use nicotine replacement to quit tomorrow night, but I decided today to go cold turkey and get it over with. Wish me luck!

At this forum at least we have the option of other choices, 2007 I only ever quit one time (this time) and I did it cold turkey.
Nothing wrong with cold turkey at all.

I recently (last Wednesday) quit cold turkey.
Quitting Zoloft Cold Turkey ! I've been through the same experiences as you!! It got so bad, when at 75mg a day.
