To prove the debt is mine first! Or have you already 'admitted' to it? First thing to do is get them to prove the debt exists - so a prove it letter is required see template http.

Yes, I received a letter for a debt, a subscription to Prevention!! I have received three letters....
I never subscribed.

Has anybody dealt with Cash Flow Services ?
They are contacting me about a small enough student loan debt I had with Bank Of Ireland.
Have they purchased this debt from BOI or are they acting on the banks behalf?

With your bank who actually owns debt now More then likely working on behalf of BOI and are taking you to pay in return for a cut of the money.

Hi I received a letter on the 3rd of February stating that I owe £187.52

Stupid thing to do IMO, but they do appear to have managed to haggle the debt down.
There client Capquest Debt recovery Ltd is another DCA so if you have not heard from Crapquest that they owed money.

Anyway, collection companies work by buying the debt off the company have had some court action by now, it was there risk taking the debt on and as they didnt collectYou only paid because IQOR chased....
It is a very cosy relationship.
