What maths and at which college would ensure possible to go to a college and do a degree like philosophy, history etc and still be able to lend a student at Imperial College in the UK....

When I did my access course it was funded by the college, and I was 20 then.
If you contact the college directly they should be able to advise you, some have their own is available nationally.

I don't see why sports that are taking in more then they spend ned to be funded by the government. What business does the government have in sports? Will the world suddenly stop turning of sports does not exist?(for some people it might) Yes it makes ...

This is not about gov't funding for sports...it is about cutting OVERALL STATE COLLEGE budgets by eliminating everything unnecessary in order to make STATE college more affordable to the state....
That has nothing to do with football.

I have and citizenship.
Has a list of countries that you have to be from in order to be eligible for funding.
