Im a masterbatch manufacturer from India,
Just doing the trial of a very big blowmoulder from india.
appaently the colour of thee masterbatch is set, but my customeer is facing some colour dispersing problems...

ironically, the smaller users of this shade of masterbatch in injection moulding dont an area of concentrated color.

Anybody use this technique. i know kazu does but anybody here paly with it .
love to hear peoples feed back from it.
i love the concept and idea that you weigh out your components and this ensure an excact color. no mixing and matching.

I can get a color match.
The color for aliens (green blues etc)in the same way and you do not have to make a masterbatchI've been mixing my flesh tones FOR YEARS with REVLON COLOR STAY.

Can I make my lye water the day before?
Can I bring soap to trace, pour in molds, then reheat it up days later and add my Essential Oils and such then?
I wanted to just make up large batches of a base soap so I can just add EO's and colors later.
