Why do whites have all the eye colors? Blue for the bright sky, green for the sky after rain with rainbow on,? hazel for the dawn and dusk, gray for the raining sky, brown for the industrialized night sky, and blackish for the night.

Personally for me, dark blue or purple works best against a light blue sky.
Everyone is different.
IMHO, the correct answer is, use whatever color works best for you.
