These are available for 3" or 4" columns the wheel or anything, just stole ideas from guys here, column catalogs on the net, and books.
Another method is the column brackets.

Regarding certificates (not the registers....
The government can have any policy it wants, policy is not law .
That way, I have a full transcript not subject to Crown copyright.
The information into the appropriate columns then save as a pdf file.
